A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposit amount: 20% is required per booking

• Deposits are collected at the time of booking through our online portal or Apple Pay.

• Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day.

• Deposits are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined in our Cancellation Policy above.

• In the event we cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

• Deposits are non-transferable between clients but may be transferred to a

• rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is given (see Cancellation Policy).

To protect my time and ensure the best client experience, text messaging is not a preferred method for booking. If you choose to contact me via text for appointment scheduling a $30 convenience fee will be applied to your service total at the time of your appointment.

This fee reflects the additional time required to manage inquiries outside of the designated booking system.
