The need to know…

  • Please arrive with hair down and unstyled. Please note that a Take-down service available for an extra fee which will extend your appointment time as well. Also, there is a scalp check that is required before starting and I reserve the rights to decline servicing if there is any areas of concern.

  • Click the menu tab and select your gender choice services -which is not limited to any persons.

    This is purely to separate style types for more organization**

    Please book add-ons accurately to avoid inconveniences on appointment day.

  • A 20% of the service deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your service balance. You can pay your deposit or full balance using a credit/debit card, cash or PayPal.

  • Accepted payment methods: [ Credit / Debit Card, Cash, Online payment through booking confirmation email}

  • If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a no show. 
    IMPORTANT: 
    if you cancel your appointment , 50% of the service will still be charged, regardless of whether you have already paid in full. 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Beware of add-on time extensions of services. Please allow at least an hour between other appointments.

  • Yes, however, the child MUST be accustomed to getting their hair done, especially under 10 years of age.

    Parents must sit in waiting room.

    If your child is sick, the child MUST wear a mask. We reserve all right to ask about your Childs health before, during and after the service* .

    Public Safety*

  • If you are requesting custom dyed bundles for your upcoming appointment, it is essential that you bring them to us at least four days in advance. This timeframe allows us sufficient time to ensure quality and meet your specific color needs. It is recommended to get #613 bundles to maintain the integrity of the hair.

  • There is a $150 traveling fee associated with the service. To ensure a smooth process, you must fill out the traveling request form located under the travel section to inform the stylist of your specific location.

  • Do not book if you’re feeling ill or showing symptoms of contagious conditions.

    During the consultation, inform us of all allergies or sensitivities prior to your service.

  • We reserve the right to take photos of your hairstyle for promotional purposes. Please notify your stylist, if you do not wish to be photographed.

  • For braiding, I prefer to work with

    100% Kanekalon hair is a synthetic hair fiber ( soft, natural lookin; often mimic coarser textures)

    • Bobbi Boss Pre- Streched Boss Braid Extra Soft

    100% Afrelle (Synthetic fiber- known for its soft, smooth, and lightweight texture)

    More gentle on scalp, less itch and less coarse

    For Weave Extensions:

    Outré Remi Velvet ( More textured yet silky)

    Outré Mylk Remi Human (less density, thinner strands, natural look)
